At SoHo Performing Arts, our homeschool musical theatre program provides students with professional, well-rounded training in the performing arts while building confidence, creativity, teamwork, and stage presence.

Under the direction of Heather Orr, students receive instruction in acting, vocal performance, musical interpretation, dance, audition technique, character development, stage movement, and performance skills. Each class is designed to help performers grow individually while working together as an ensemble.

Whether your child is stepping onto the stage for the first time or is an experienced performer, our program offers a supportive and challenging environment where every student is encouraged to reach their full potential. Throughout the season, students develop strong performance skills, gain confidence in front of an audience, and learn the discipline and professionalism expected in live theatre.

Our homeschool productions culminate in a fully staged musical performance, giving students the exciting opportunity to apply everything they have learned in a real theatrical production.
